Published: 8/10/2026
A dual-source seafood pasta. Combining shrimp and cod provides a complex texture and high protein density, bound together by an emulsified cottage cheese sauce.
Ingredients (4 servings)
- 1/2 lb (225 g) shrimp
- 1/2 lb (225 g) cod fillet, cubed
- 8 oz (225 g) protein-fortified linguine
- 1 cup (240 g) blended cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) dry white wine
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Sauté the garlic and cubed cod in the white wine until the cod is opaque.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes until pink.
- Lower the heat and stir in the blended cottage cheese until a creamy sauce forms.
- Toss with the cooked linguine and garnish with parsley.
Pro Tips
- Shrimp Last: Add the shrimp last — they cook faster than the cod and will become rubbery if overexposed to the pan’s heat.
