High-Protein Feta & Chicken Pasta Bake (42g Protein)

A fitness-forward evolution of the viral Finnish feta pasta. By introducing lean chicken breast and protein-fortified pasta, we transform a high-fat trend into a balanced muscle-building meal.
Ingredients (4 servings)
- 1 lb (450 g) chicken breast, cubed
- 8 oz (225 g) protein-fortified pasta
- 7 oz (200 g) block of feta cheese
- 2 cups (360 g) cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp (3 g) dried oregano
- Fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the feta block in the center of a 9x13-inch (23x33 cm) baking dish; surround it with the cherry tomatoes and cubed chicken.
- Drizzle with the olive oil and season with garlic and oregano.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the tomatoes have burst.
- Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente.
- Mash the feta and tomatoes into a sauce, then toss with the cooked pasta and chicken. Garnish with fresh basil.

- Maillard for Flavor: Sear the chicken cubes in a pan for 2 minutes before baking to lock in juices via the Maillard reaction.
