Smoked Salmon & Greek Yogurt Pasta Salad (33g Protein)
Published: 8/10/2026
A cold, refreshingly tart pasta salad. Using Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise provides a high-protein, probiotic-rich dressing that pairs perfectly with the saltiness of the salmon.
Ingredients (4 servings)
- 8 oz (225 g) smoked salmon, flaked
- 8 oz (225 g) whole wheat rotini
- 1 cup (240 g) Greek yogurt (0%)
- 1/2 cup (70 g) diced cucumber
- 2 tbsp (6 g) fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp (8 g) capers
Instructions
- Cook the pasta and cool it completely under cold water.
- Mix the yogurt, dill, and capers in a large bowl.
- Toss the cooled pasta, cucumber, and flaked smoked salmon into the dressing.
Pro Tips
- De-Water the Cucumber: Salt the cucumber slightly and let it sit for 5 minutes, then pat it dry before adding — this prevents it from watering down the yogurt dressing.
